Many people at the beginning of a new year will have a New Year's resolution for making better choices in the days to come. There's something we want to improve upon, so we therefore make a plan on how to successfully do that. Common ones are, we want to lose weight, so we make better food choices. We want to be in better shape, so we get to the gym and exercise. The list goes on… BUT...what about our skin?!?
